With the formation of the new government in Bihar, CM Samrat Chaudhary has allocated cabinet portfolios among the coalition partners. Following the oath-taking ceremony on Wednesday, the Chief Minister has kept 29 departments under his control, including the Home Ministry.
The JDU ministers, including Deputy CMs Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and Bijendra Yadav, have been assigned 10 and 8 departments respectively.
