State Election Commission of Bihar will publish the Bihar Panchayat Voter List 2026 PDF on its official website before the upcoming Panchayat elections. Voters can check their name, personal details, village, block, and polling booth information in the voter list.
The Commission has also clarified that the Bihar Panchayat Election 2026 will be conducted before December 2026, and people should not trust false election date or reservation news shared on social media.
Online Process to Download Bihar Panchayat Voter List PDF Block Wise Electoral Roll
Bihar Panchayat Election date 2026 has not been published by the state election commission but the process to download it will be same as given below. You can download the last 2021 panchayat election voter list from below process.
The final voter list of Bihar after Special Intensive revision can be downloaded assembly and part wise in PDF format. Or you can also check name in electoral search option on the official portal of the ECI.
STEP 1: Visit the official Bihar Panchayat Election Website at sec.bihar.gov.in
STEP 2: On the homepage of the website, find the option "निर्वाचक नामावली PDF वार्ड-वार डाउनलोड करें (Link will be updated to 2025 voter list once released by SEC Bihar)" which is shown under Panchayat Election menu option as shown in screenshot below.

STEP 3: On the next page, you have to select the "District","Block Name","Panchayat Name","Ward Number" and select the roll type then click on "Download PDF" button as shown in below screenshot.
STEP 4: After clicking on “Download PDF”, the Bihar Panchayat Voter List PDF will be downloaded to the download section of your desktop or mobile phone, as shown in the screenshot below.
Bihar Panchayat Election Date 2026 - Official Notification
As per this official notification, the current tenure of the 2021 panchayat elections will end in December 2026, so the elections will be conducted before 2026 December, may be in October-November 2026.
