Tamil Nadu SIR Draft 2025-26 roll voter list PDF has been published on 19th December 2025 on the official ECI portal. Select 'SIR Draft 2026' in the roll type field to download SIR voter list.
During the SIR process, 97.37 lakh voter names were removed from the voter list. Earlier, there were 6.41 crore voters, but after the update, the number came down to 5.43 crore, which means about 15% of the names were deleted. Around 13 lakh names were removed through online applications, while the rest were removed during special camps. Most of the deletions happened because about 27 lakh voters had died and nearly 66.4 lakh voters had moved to other places.

How to Download Tamil Nadu Voter List 2026 PDF from elections.tn.gov.in?
STEP 1: Visit the Tamil Nadu CEO website at elections.tn.gov.in
STEP 2: At the homepage of the website, you will find the “Special Intensive Revision 2026” link as shown in the screenshot below.
STEP 3: After that you have to click on “Draft Electoral Rolls -SIR 2026-ECI website” and you will be direct on main ECI website as shown below screenshot.
STEP 4: After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the ECI website. There, you need to select the State, Year of Revision, Roll Type, District, Assembly Constituency, and Language, as shown in the screenshot below.
STEP 5: Find your Polling Station / Booth from the list. A list of booth numbers (Part Numbers) will appear. You can scroll or search for your area.
STEP 6: Wait for the Download Progress to complete. All selected PDFs will download automatically
STEP 6: Save the downloaded SIR 2026 Voter List Tamil Nadu PDF on your mobile or computer. After saving, voter list PDF for SIR West Bengal will look similar to the sample below:
