Step 1: Visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh CEO website ceouttarpradesh.nic.in
Step 2: At the home page of the website click on "Voter Services" Section then click on "Voter List 2003". The actual SIR year is 2003 but sometimes being referred as 2002 voter list by people.
Step 3: After that a new window is open in which you have to select the "District" and "Assembly Constituency" then click on show button.
