Kerala SIR Draft Voter List 2026 PDF was officially published on 23 December 2025 on the Election Commission of India (ECI) portal. Voters can download the draft roll by selecting “SIR Draft” in the Roll Type option while searching the electoral roll. Earlier, the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) had stated that notices would be issued to 19.32 lakh voters.
According to figures shared by the Kerala Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), 19,521 Form 7 applications for deletion of voter names were submitted by individuals. In comparison, political parties filed only 679 forms, which is about 3.47%, during the period from December 24 to January 30.
Meanwhile, around 1.47 lakh overseas voters have applied to be added to the voter list after the draft roll was released last month. These applications were submitted through Form 6-A, after the Election Commission allowed Indian citizens born outside India to enroll using a new option.

How to Download Kerala Voter List 2025-26 PDF Download?
STEP 1 :- Go to the official Election commission website voters.eci.gov.in
STEP 2 :- At the Homepage, you will find the "Download Electoral Roll" as shown in similar screenshot shown below.
STEP 3 :- On the next page, you have to select the "State","Year of Revision","Roll Type","District", "Assembly Constituency" and Language as shown below.
STEP 4 :- After that you have to select the Part Name and Number and enter the Captcha Code as shown below.
STEP 5 :- Finally, Voter List 2026 Kerala PDF will be downloaded and sample PDF will be shown below.
