Election Commission of India has announced elections in 4 states and 1 Union Territory. So far, a total of 4,028 candidate affidavits have been received. Out of these, 3,505 applications have been accepted, 507 have been rejected, and 13 candidates have withdrawn their nominations.
In this affidavit, candidates provide important information such as their assets, liabilities, educational qualifications, and any pending criminal cases. This helps voters easily understand the background of each candidate before voting.

How to Download MLA Candidates Affidavit PDF Online from affidavit.eci.gov.in?
STEP 1: Go to the official ECI website affidavit.eci.gov.in
STEP 2: On the homepage, you will see the “Candidates Affidavit Management” section, which shows the total number of applications received, accepted, rejected, and withdrawn, as displayed in the image below.
STEP 3: Now you have to click on "Accepted" and "List of Candidates" list will be appeared as shown below screenshot.
STEP 4: On the next, you have to click on "View More" button that shown in right side of candidate.
STEP 5: After clicking on the link, a new page will open where you can view the candidate’s details. From there, you can download the candidate’s affidavit by clicking on the “Download” button, as shown below.
STEP 6: Now you Affidavit Candidate PDF will be downloaded and shown as below image.
