STEP 1: Go to the official CEO website voters.eci.gov.in
STEP 2: At the homepage, you have to click on "Search your Name in Last SIR" as shown in screenshot below.
STEP 3: Now you have to select the state and click on View button
STEP 3: After that a new window is open in which you have to select the “District”, “AC”, “Both and then enter the captcha code to download the PDF
