Election Commission of India has released 2005 Manipur Electoral Roll which can be download from the official website using below step by step process.

Step 1: Visit the Manipur CEO official website ceomanipur.nic.in
Step 2: At the homepage you have to click on "View - Last Intensive Revision Electoral Roll 2005"
Step 3: On the next page you have to "Assembly Constituency" and you will see the list as Part-wise Electoral Roll Document in PDF format as screenshot shown below.
Step 4: After that you have to click on "Download" your PDF file will be open as screenshot shown below.
