EC Appellate Tribunal Portal - How to Apply Online if Name Missing from Voter List

Election Commission of India (ECI) released the 5th Supplementary Voter List in West Bengal from official voter's portal. If your name is missing from the voter list, there is no need to worry. You can now apply online through the appellate tribunal portal provided by the commission.

This portal allows you to submit a request to add your name or correct your details easily from home. After applying, your request will be reviewed by the concerned authorities, and if everything is correct, your name will be added to the voter list.

How to Apply to Appellate Tribunal in West Bengal on voters.eci.gov.in

STEP 1: Visit the official EC website Voters.eci.gov.in

STEP 2: On the homepage, click the “Login” option if you are already registered. If you are not registered, click on the “Sign Up” button to create a new account, as shown in the image below.

STEP 3: After successfully login, then click on "Submit Appeal for Individuals" shown in Service Section as shown below screenshot.

STEP 4: After that you have to enter your "EPIC Number" and click on "Search" as shown below.

STEP 5: After that your details will be displayed, and you have to enter the EPIC number, Full Address does not exceed 250 words, Brief fact on appeal not exceeds 1000 wrods, Relief Sought and enter the place then click on submit button as shown below.

STEP 6: After submitting the form, the portal will ask for the Aadhaar number. Once entered, another OTP will be sent for verification. After the final submission, an acknowledgement number will be generated. Applicants are advised to preserve this number carefully for future reference.

STEP 7: Now the application is reviewed by officials, and it may take a few weeks depending on verification and workload. If any documents are required during the adjudication process, voters can submit them to the concerned District Magistrate or Sub-Divisional Officer. Those offices will forward the documents to the tribunal.

STEP 1: Open voters.eci.gov.in and login using your mobile number, password and OTP.

STEP 2: Select Track Application Status from the dashboard.
